
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in its continuous endeavour to create a clean and transparent system in the Indian telecom industry has released a new regulation in July 2018 to curb Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) and enhance mobile subscriber privacy, TCCCPR 18 Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulation 2018, The Regulation is intended to eliminate spam and fraud which has been a concern for many years. The regulation has mandated the use of Blockchain technology also known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to implement the solution.

Important note:
Dear Valued Customer,
This is to remind you that TRAI has instructed for DLT Implementation for SMS traffic and Operators might migrate to DLT anytime. Customer needs to complete Entity and Header (Sender ID) registration as Phase 1 of traffic migration to DLT.
As soon as the Operators Migrate to DLT, traffic of only such registered entities using headers would be allowed by Telecom operators.

We request you to register your Principal Entity and your Headers (Sender IDs) on all the DLT portals of operators as soon as possible.
After DLT Implementation, traffic of only such registered entities using headers would be allowed via operators.
If you are already registered on the any of the operators, it’s important to register your headers (Sender-id) immediately to avoid loss of traffic.
For New Users who have not yet completed DLT registration
Kindly follow the below procedure. Also, while the any point in time of the below process, select your Telemarketer as “MobonAir Wireless Private Limited” by searching & Enter our Telemarketer ID – 1202159137442641623.

Step 1: Visit https://trueconnect.jio.com/, click “Principal entity”, choose “New Registration” and select “No” (if you’ve not registered with vilpower.in yet) and submit your business details to get unique identity ID.

Step 2: Once you’re registered with Jio,
- Visit https://www.vilpower.in/signup/, select “As enterprise”, select “Yes” and enter unique ID that you have received from “JIo”, click “verify & continue” and complete the process.
- Visit https://dltconnect.airtel.in/, Click “Signup”, select “As enterprise”, select “Yes” and enter unique ID that you have received from “JIo”, click “verify & continue” and complete the process.
- Visit https://www.ucc-bsnl.co.in/, Click “Signup”, select “As enterprise”, select “Yes” and enter unique ID that you have received from “JIo”, click “verify & continue” and complete the process.
Once you have completed the registration with all the above operators’, upload your sender ID (header) on each DLT platform for smooth SMS delivery.
