We would like to convey that in the absence of the customer consent in the TSPs’ DLT system, the PEs shall not be able to send consent based promotional/service explicit messages to their subscribers/customers who have blocked their related preference on DND from 1^st Sept’21

· For you reference, attached are the formats and guidelines for respective TSP’s (Airtel, Vodafone, Tata, Jio)

· Kindly note no further extension in timelines will be provided.

· Charging for the Bulk Consent Upload:

We would hereby like to convey that TSP’s will be charging the PEs as per following slabs for the Bulk Consent upload:

Kindly note that in case the Bulk consent is uploaded by PE till 22nd August 2021, the same will be made live for scrubbing from 1st September 2021, any subsequent upload i.e. after 22nd August 2021 will be made live within the 15 days from the date of upload.
